Wayne County's MFPP
The Wayne County Mortgage Foreclosure Prevention Program (MFPP) offers intervention on behalf of the resident with their lender, targeted counseling, educational seminars and other tools for saving a home at or in foreclosure. Wayne County is also linked to a powerful collaboration network of HUD and MSHDA certified counseling agencies to analyze cases and recommend viable options to avoid mortgage foreclosure. The program is open to all Wayne County residents.

The Wayne County Land Bank
The Wayne County Land Bank is a governmental authority and the purpose is to manage abandoned, underutilized, or blighted property and turn it into a productive use. The TURBO program, which stands for Transforming Underdeveloped Residential and Business Opportunities is a program exclusive to the Wayne County Land Bank. This program offers economic incentives to encourage new developments and improvements to properties in Wayne County.
